It was nice choice staying here, many restaurants nearby. Staffs were friendly and thoughtful (reception, bellboy, etc). Their service-mind was 5 star, i can't remember their names though. Breakfast was fantastic. Only negative point is that the hotel was built for certain period (previously, i think it's Gopatel), so everything was old.

Checked in for a single day as part of a honeymoon tour, the staff was friendly, helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The room was actually set up for a honeymoon. It was a mind blowing experience. The hotel is close to amenities and so many beautiful sites. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. Definitely a 5/5. Would come back here in a heartbeat 😁.

We chose this hotel for its cleanliness and great location and we were not disappointed. The rooms were spacious. Breakfast was adequate. Checkin and out was efficient. Indoor pool on rooftop looked welcoming They even came around during breakfast to seek customers feedback We would have given it a 5-star if not for the poor bath design. It was challenging to get in and out of the tub to take a shower. Constantly worried about overflow of water. Not suitable for elderly or young children

A lovely hotel in the middle of the center. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Ivy and Amy. The rooms are big and with a great view. We absolutely recommend this hotel when staying in Da Nang

Satisfaction guaranteed with friendly helpful personnel. Breakfast huge and sumptuous with a vast variety. Comfortable wide beds. We were on the 9th floor and found it quiet. The glass panels in the bathroom made it seem bigger and gives a nice airy feel.

All staffs especially AMY, are cheerful ,warm and helpful. The service at the desk is also excellent as they helped to all our queries. Good location if you enjoy river walk along Han river. Highly recommended.

i came back from Hue on the morning express. this place was close the to train staion, the waterfront and restaurants. free use of bicycles and 150k for a motobike. 10 minutes to the airport on grab bike. what more can you ask for? oh yeah the pool was nice and clean. breakfast was the best.

Stayed at Fivitel Boutique for 2 nights. Amy and her staff were excellent. Everyone was so friendly and pleasant. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely come back and would recommend Fivitel Boutique to anyone looking to stay in Da nang.

Good locations for explore Danang. All staffs are friendly and willing to help whatever you asked for. Very impressive, especially the bellboy named, Ney Mar. he keeps looking to help to advise all you need. I would recommend if anyone coming to Danang

Very friendly staff, kind and helpful good breakfast,every day you have another choice. Good location if the beaches is to hot for you and you like try the street food. The room is spacious and clean.

This hotel is so conveniet for going Market, famous sightseeing spots (bridge, etc.) and also many coffee shops/restaurant/convenience store, etc. are within walking distance. Staff members are so wonderful, welcomed with smile all the time, admire their "try to help" attitude. Do appreciate Amy, Cindy, Lara, Neymar, and all of them. Welcome drink and 30 min. free massage are great, too. Room was spacious, although not used gym/pool, looks so good. Enjoyed the breakfast fully, noodles, local dishes, desert, fruits, good cofee/tea.

The hotel was amazing for this price. The staff was the most friendly we had in Vietnam. Good restaurants are nearby. The breakfast was better than avarage. They also have a pool and a small gym on top of the hotel.

The staff here were great! Especially NegNal the doorman, he was always so cheerful, he helped us organise grab/taxi. Julia was attentive and very friendly, ensured that we had the most phenomenal trip, went out of her way to make us feel at home. Lily organised our day trip to Ba Na Hills very efficiently and courteously, everything went so smoothly. All of the fantastic staff made this a trip to remember. Highly recommend this hotel.
