One of the most impressive hotels I've visited. Recently opened and operating flawlessly. The rooms boast modern cleanliness and comfort; the beds and winter blankets ensure a cozy sleep. The spacious washrooms even feature a luxurious hairdryer. The smart TV performs exceptionally well and includes access to YouTube. The staff, both at the front desk and in housekeeping, are delightful: diligent, polite, and warm. In terms of location, it sits just across from the public beach, though note it's a Vietnam-style street with 6 lanes and no pedestrian lights. Some of the finest beachside restaurants are just a 10-minute walk away down the road.

The hotel is modern and clean. The breakfast was quite enjoyable. They offer the option to make your own Vietnamese coffee! The swimming pool is exceptionally beautiful. It's important to time your visits well as it can get quite hot in the early afternoon. The night DJ on the rooftop was also quite good. We had a wonderful time staying there. The only issue is that the shower room can be quite slippery, so caution is needed.

This marks my 8th journey to Danang solo, typically enjoying a leisurely two-week trip. Over the years, I've stayed at nearly all the 5-star hotels in Da Nang, each providing a unique experience. Personally, I prefer spacious rooms and dislike clutter. My preference always leans towards the largest available room in any hotel. Previously, I stayed in an 89m2 room. Most guests tend to stay for several nights at these hotels. This time, we opted for a change of scenery, booking a 69m2 room at Bocomabel Hotel Danang for a 9-night stay until our departure day. I had made prior reservations. The reception staff warmly greeted us upon our arrival for check-in. They were incredibly friendly and efficient during the check-in process. Despite arriving a bit early, early check-in was not available as the room was not yet prepared, which was disappointing given our flight schedule, leading us to stay an additional 0.5 night on our last day. I had hoped for at least some flexibility with early check-in, but regrets aside, the staff continued to impress with their hospitality. Stepping into the room was a revelation. It exuded modernity and luxury from the outset. Its square layout seamlessly connected the living room, bedroom, bathroom, and dressing area, a design that truly stood out. Did the balcony really need to be this expansive? Its size certainly made an impression. Previously accustomed to very spacious accommodations, I found the grandeur somewhat imposing and less cozy than expected. Sitting on the couch or chairs for extended periods proved uncomfortably awkward, which was disappointing. Breakfast options were limited, but the quality of the food itself was excellent. There was a day when I discovered the housekeeping staff in action. Their service was so commendable that I felt inclined to offer additional tips, though there were occasions when service levels varied, influencing my tipping decisions. A single night's stay often extended to 2 or 3 nights, and over time, the place grew on me, transforming into a truly relaxing retreat. The expansive balcony became my favorite spot to unwind, enjoying a cup of coffee while watching the sunset over My Khe Beach. It's worth noting that Boco provides capsule coffee. The generously sized bathroom added to the comfort, rivaling even the most luxurious stays I've experienced. Should I return to Danang, I'd likely streamline my itinerary. Sharing such experiences would likely enhance the journey. The 26th-floor rooftop at Bocomabel Danang stood out as a primary draw. While the pool itself wasn't notably large, the view it afforded of My Khe Beach was unparalleled, distinguishing it from other hotels. The rooftop Ciela bar remained the pinnacle of experiences in Danang. Daily promotions added a delightful touch without needing additional choices, offering a diverse array of events each day—an enticing prospect indeed. Even as I write this, I'm eager to learn about today's promotion, reflecting my ongoing excitement. Waking up on the rooftop around sunset was a unique pleasure, whether enjoying dinner or a light cocktail. Such moments epitomized the joy of this journey. As soon as I stepped out of the elevator, the hotel staff warmly greeted and welcomed me to Danang. They exemplified hospitality at its finest. Special mention goes to Hoang at Ciela, who went above and beyond from the moment we arrived, providing attentive and patient service throughout our dining experiences. Whenever we needed assistance, he was prompt to respond, even anticipating our needs, like bringing a blanket on chilly evenings without us needing to ask. Other staff members were equally helpful, consistently delivering top-notch service. My five nights on the rooftop were exceptionally comfortable, leaving a lasting impression. I can't recall having felt this comfortable in a hotel setting before. I would highly recommend Hoang and the entire hotel staff for their exceptional service. Thank you, HOANG, for making our stay memorable. With four nights still ahead, I look forward to providing additional feedback upon returning home. Today marks the seventh day of our stay, and this hotel continues to surprise and impress. Initially clean and satisfactory, I found myself longing for something more as I settled in. While impeccably clean and well-maintained, there was a lingering sense of unfulfilled expectations. In comparison to other venues, this nine-night stay lacked meal vouchers, spa treatments, shuttle services, and other supplementary offerings. Despite this, I anticipate returning, particularly for the rooftop Ciela bar, which remains unmatched in Danang. Familiar faces among the staff, like Hoang, consistently provided exemplary service, ensuring our every need was met. Today, we indulged in a spa visit and dinner, punctuated by a visit to the rooftop for a refreshing beer.

I stayed at this place for a week in December and my sister stayed for two weeks. We had an incredible time!!!!! The location is superb, within walking distance to numerous attractions. The staff were outstanding, providing excellent service from the front desk, room service, pool service, and more. We were consistently greeted warmly and treated with utmost kindness. Additionally, we received fantastic recommendations from the staff on dining options and activities to enjoy. We truly adored this hotel. When I return to Da Nang, I will definitely book another stay here! I cannot express enough gratitude to the staff, and the hotel manager was exceptionally kind to us as well. Overall, a perfect 10/10, highly recommended for anyone visiting Da Nang. The gym, pool, and amenities were also exceptionally nice :)

I was here on January 30th and had an amazing experience. The staff, including the receptionist and the waiters, were all very enthusiastic and cheerful. During breakfast buffet with my family, Phu was incredibly attentive and enthusiastic. I hope to meet Phu again next time!

Amazing hotel located very close to the beach. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly, especially the receptionists Josie, Chan, and Rachel. We appreciated their warm greetings right from the start of our stay and their assistance with our requests. The room is spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. Highly recommended! ☀️

Situated towards the southern end of My Khe Beach, this hotel boasts a stunning ocean view and an excellent location. I had been eagerly anticipating my stay here since its recent opening, and it did not disappoint. The breakfast was delightful and hearty, enjoyed for three consecutive days. I had read in reviews about a welcome drink, but unfortunately, it wasn't offered to us. Traveling with two young elementary school children, the bunk bed in the family room was a blessing. The pool, though not large, was perfect for recreation, with few people around, allowing us to have it to ourselves for games. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Da Nang's voco Ma Belle Hotel boasts a highly dedicated team. We reserved 10 rooms for the 2024 New Year's Eve, a full 10 months prior to the hotel's official opening. General Manager Mr. Daniel efficiently handled all our reservations. Following the hotel's opening, Reservation Manager Ms. Ngan continued to oversee our booking and even made a special trip to check in on us during our stay (despite it being her day off). Concierge Ms. Susan (Thuy) provided detailed information on various activities and assisted with reservations. Particularly noteworthy was the warm hospitality of the breakfast restaurant staff, always welcoming guests with a smile. A smile that starts a happy day. Located in a prime spot, voco Ma Belle Hotel offers excellent service. Our family and friends were thoroughly satisfied and happy. Highly recommended, voco Ma Belle 👍

I stayed in the spacious suite (living room + bedroom) for 5 nights. It was just the right size for a couple, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 1. Positives: Overall, it offered exceptional value for money. The service was good; we paid for a welcome wine and flowers and also received a cake platter, which was very satisfying. The staff were helpful and polite. The large balcony was fantastic, providing great privacy with walls on 5 sides and an amazing view. The rooftop bar with an infinity pool was decent, although it closed a bit early, which seems to be standard in Danang. Unfortunately, the pool was not heated, so we couldn't use it as the water was too cold. The drinks and snacks were satisfactory. The breakfast offered a decent selection of local cuisine, which is quite acceptable for a hotel of this standard. Surprisingly, the gym was decent, not suitable for powerlifting but more than adequate for a hotel. There is a kids' room, and although I was concerned about noise from babies during breakfast or at the bar, it wasn't an issue, as there weren't many families with young children. The location is good; just cross the street to reach the beach. There are some excellent seafood restaurants within a short walk. However, food options in the area are limited, and you'll need to use Grab to go to town for better choices. There are better bars a bit further down the street, or a 5-minute Grab ride away. 2. Areas for Improvement: As of Tet '24, there is no spa available, which is a shame considering the hotel recently opened. However, there are plenty of spas in the area. The alarm clock in the room was really annoying and impossible to turn off, inexplicably set to 9am. We had to physically take it to reception to get rid of it; no one seems to know why it was set like that. The bathtub was nice but small, and no bath salts were provided; we were told to use shower gel, which seemed a bit impractical. The blinds design in the bathroom was silly. Since the bathroom is glass-walled and connected to the bedroom, for privacy, you would want to lower the blinds when using the bathroom. In our room, this required adjusting 3 manual blinds, which also covered the door, making it quite cumbersome each time. This seems to be a common quirk with IHG hotels. The IHG promo turning on two separate TVs every time the room card is inserted was loud and obtrusive, requiring two remotes to turn off in both rooms. It's unclear why this promo needs to be shown every time we return to the room. There is no streaming service like Netflix, and screen casting from a laptop doesn't work. In my opinion, having no TV viewership is a very basic requirement. The airport pickup person was rude. Admittedly, we were quite late and arrived in the middle of the night due to airline delays, but that did not warrant the treatment we received.

The newly opened hotel, just 6 months old, is incredibly spacious, clean, and cozy. Situated right on the beachfront, it exudes a world-class beach city vibe. During our stay, we enjoyed a family room with a king-size bed and a bunk bed, comfortably accommodating 4 people. We especially loved the rooftop bar, Ciela Skybar, which offers spacious, beautiful views of the sea. Special thanks to Peter for his exceptional service.

Voco, a new brand under IHG, has made a remarkable debut with the Voco Ma Belle Hotel in Danang. It has chosen the right path with modern amenities, a convenient beachfront location, and exceptionally friendly and efficient staff, offering great value for money. While we would like to commend certain employees for their helpfulness and service, it wouldn't be fair to single them out, overlooking others. Thanks to the entire team for their efforts, and congratulations on your performance.

They even sent a welcome fruit plate and handwritten card too on our 1st day. Great effort and much appreciated of their sweet gesture. Woke up late for bf and we called to check if we still can proceed down to eat. They made an exception to extend the food line hours for 15min for us to take the food and enjoy. Would like thank the team for this exceptional servixe. Would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and families. Hope to go back there again.

房間中規中矩，有小陽台，可以看到一線沙灘，樓頂的泳池視野也很好。

酒店位置方便，對著美溪沙灘，可以看到美麗的日出！無邊泳池非常舒適，兩晚黃昏也在此游泳及欣賞晚霞。酒店早餐非常美味，兩朝早餐也有變化，不是一樣的，非常好，房間溫度也舒服。

地點位於峴港市中心，十分便山，對面就是美溪沙灘。 海景房間，還可以欣賞日出。 無邊際泳池享用午膳，十分滿意！
