Located near downtown with a pleasant view. For an unobstructed view, opt for the executive room! Other rooms may have partial obstruction from the building when seen from the terrace.

The hotel is currently undergoing some construction. However, we didn't notice much noise as we were mostly out during the day. It is exceptionally clean and well-designed. The breakfast is extensive, and the rooms are spacious and tidy. I can only recommend this hotel. It's close to Cat Cat village and the city center, a 10-15 minute walk away.

Phonef and service are both satisfactory.

“Worth staying” The room is clean and spacious. Staff are enthusiastic and supportive. The environment is fresh. It is recommended to proactively rent a motorbike taxi for convenient transportation, as it is about 500m from the center. Trams cannot pick up passengers. When driving in, be cautious as the path to the main gate and reception area is very slippery and prone to accidents.

Stunning panoramic views, excellent service, and friendly staff including Hoan, Quynh, and the reception team who are very enthusiastic. The breakfast buffet is also exceptionally delicious.

Couldn’t use the tram to get in, but everything else was fine and I managed to take the tram.

Excellent service, enjoyed a delightful stay despite the briefness of just one night and day.

It's a serene and restorative neighborhood. The city center is a short distance away, accessible by taxi. Taxi fare costs 37 from the lake to the hotel and 50 from the hotel to downtown, which is reasonable and fitting. While not in the downtown area, it offers tranquility and few places match its charm.

My first reaction when we arrived was; “Are we in heaven?” We were met by Jessica one of the managers and she couldn’t have been more helpful. Jessica and the head manger were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Jessica organised everything for us and was very efficient organising an itinerary for us so that we got the most out of our stay. The room we stayed in had an amazing view and everything we needed was supplied. Since we were staying there for 5 days we even received a free laundry service and they even repaired a bag of mine free of charge. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the things l liked best about the resort was that it was very peaceful and relaxing with lovely gardens and surrounded by breath taking views of the surrounding mountains but still only about 10 minutes by taxi from Sapa. It was a very convenient retreat. Perhaps the only thing that could be improved a bit is the gym. We were pleased with the restaurant meals and buffet breakfast also.. We would happily return to this resort.

The hotel is a wonderful relaxed and qiet place in walking distance to the busy Sapa center. The view is gorgeous. They have an infinity pool with mountain view. The apartments are surrounded by a beautiful garden/park all with phantastic mountain view. The hotel has western and Asian breakfast and even french wine. They staff is very friendly and always helpful. I will come back 😊

Excellent experience! I highly recommend the Cat Cat Resort, it has very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for the Room (got an upgrade to a private & spacious cabin). The view is impressive! You feel directly connected to the beautiful nature. Infinity Pool is also a great and stunning addition. The free breakfast is a nice addition but it could offer more international meal options. The staff there were very nice and friendly.

Highly recommend!!! The service, the amenities, the view, the whole resort is AMAZING! This is by far one of the nicest hotels we've seen throughout Vietnam. And you are treated like VIP. The only feedback I would give is that they do not have a website or email address so communication prior to trip was a challenge. They have not use Facebook which worried me if this place was legit. Second feedback which is completely out of there control is there is major road construction near the hotel so taxis need to take a detour to get to the hotel and most of them wouldn't take the detour and made you walk 15 mins down a boldoser'd road. Not easy with luggage. The hotel is outside of the main town ***** which was nice as it gave you amazing views and after spending time in places like Hanoi it was nice to have a quiet option. We enjoyed the views and restaurants right beside the hotel. Overall, we would 100% come back!

This hotel very good for the person who like a natural, quite, privacy. The hotel gives us the feeling Europe. The hotel decor mixed between Vietnam and Europe♥️ The hotel facilities provided Swimming pool with nice view, The fitness and all time for shuttle car pick up from room to lobby downstairs. The breakfast is good.

The hotel was located in a scenic place. And its beautiful. The weather is nice as well.

Tôi và gia đình đã có một kỳ nghỉ thật trọn vẹn ở đây. Khung cảnh tuyệt vời, nhân viên thân thiện. Tôi đến đúng mùa lá vàng nên cảnh thật nên thơ, view từ phòng nhìn xuống là toàn cảnh núi Fansipang. Mọi thứ đều hoàn hảo. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại vào mùa hoa mận như các bạn nhân viên tư vấn.

Resort có view rất đẹp nhìn xuống thung lũng và bản CatCat, bạn Phượng - Lễ Tân rất xinh và dễ thương cùng phong cách chuyên nghiệp và tận tình hướng dẫn. Decor Resort phù hợp với quang cảnh và không khí Sapa.

Hotel położony na wzgórzu z bardzo ładnym widokiem z pokoi. Obsługa jest niezwykle życzliwa i bardzo pomocna, a każda prośba jest realizowana z dużą uprzejmością (pomogli nam zorganizować transport na lotnisko gdy mieliśmy problem z rezerwacją autobusu). Sam kompleks jest duży, a jeśli ktoś nie lubi spacerów to panowie z obsługi dowożą gości wszędzie melexem. W hotelu można pożyczyć skuterki i wybrać się na przejażdżkę po okolicy. Bardzo polecam to miejsce.

Catcat Hill , the name very strange! Atmosphere is fresh, My room can saw overview Sapa. The breakfast is delicious with a lot of choices. The staff are friendly, they always smiles especially the man driver buggy. I will comeback again, if I have opportunity!
