If you're visiting Hanoi, consider staying here; we can't praise the hotel and its staff enough. The location is superb, and so is the entire hotel. The team is exceptionally helpful, attentive, and incredibly friendly. From before your arrival until departure, we felt thoroughly taken care of. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted with candy, a fantastic welcome drink, wet towels, and exceptional friendliness. Despite arriving early, we were able to check in right away. The rooms were simply fantastic: spacious, elegant, meticulously detailed, clean, with incredibly comfortable beds and fluffy towels. We even had a small balcony overlooking the lake. The location is perfect, right by the lake yet remarkably quiet. If you're here, don't miss the Sky Bar; the cocktails are delicious, with a stunning view, especially at sunset. During breakfast, enjoy the delightful scenery at the 7th-floor restaurant; the selection is high-quality and very tasty. We particularly loved the delicate cakes, which were so light and heavenly 🥰 We only regret booking for one night. So, do better than us and enjoy your stay in Hanoi here. Thank you for making our time so delightful, and your farewell gift will be a cherished memory.

The location of the hotel was excellent, and I was highly impressed by the attentive hotel staff. Moreover, the breakfast buffet in the morning was delightful! This hotel is definitely a place I would choose to stay at again when visiting Hanoi.

Particularly noteworthy are the accommodations. . . However, the staff's exceptional service merits a solid 5-star rating. Every staff member was incredibly hospitable, embodying the essence of a 5-star hotel team. I would like to extend special thanks to the female staff member who assisted me in reaching Yen Tu via bus. While traveling is enjoyable, language barriers can often be exhausting; yet, encountering such wonderful hotel staff cuts the fatigue in half. I look forward to returning here.

Absolutely outstanding! We stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. The architecture and interior design are stunning. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful (especially Phoebe!) and breakfast was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel in January 2024. The staff were delightful and exceptionally helpful. The rooftop bar was a perfect spot to enjoy evening drinks, and the hotel's location in the Old Quarter was ideal. Our only feedback was that our room on the 6th floor was a bit small, but we understand there are larger rooms available.

During my recent visit to Hanoi, I stayed at two different places, but I highly recommend this hotel. Despite not speaking Japanese, I had a relaxing time thanks to the attentive front desk staff who explained everything carefully. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the hotel's location was convenient with many shops nearby. The rooms were clean; I stayed in two rooms this time, one with a window and one without, both were comfortable. I particularly enjoyed having a relaxing drink at the sky bar with a pleasant breeze. If I return to Hanoi, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

One of the best hotels in Hanoi. The staff are really excellent in taking care of my needs. I was sick during my stay, they helped me to buy medicine and even gave me ginger tea with honey. Never have I received such care during my stay in any hotel. Will come back to stay in this hotel when I'm back. The staff are the best!

The hotel was located just next to Hoan Kiem Lake, which made it easy to catch all the bustle in the surroundings on the weekend and to explore the Old Quarter. I was particularly impressed by the service provided by the hotel staff, who were proactive in offering their help, often going to great lengths to make things happen. The room I was given was luxurious and clean, with a beautiful balcony to boot. The skybar and restaurant offered a beautiful nightview as well. Surely worth at least a night if you are ever in Hanoi.

Excellent service and location. The desk manager received us warmly when we reached in the evening. The cocktail vouchers that came with our booking gave us opportunity to sip cocktails at their rooftop bar at night. Wonderful experience. Highly recommended if you like Old Quarter.

Hotel serves with welcome drinks and snacks when we arrived. Excellent service! Especially receptionist Julie, she makes my days. She is fluent in English and helpful. She has cheerful smile. Besides, this is a nice beautiful French style hotel. Room is clean and tidy. I like the bar and restaurant. Breakfast is good with a nice lake view. Thanks for offering free massage service, it’s fantastic! Thanks for updating the room with a balcony! What a wonderful experience!

The room is very clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the service is perfect. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, we were unable to enjoy their SPA service this time. I will choose to stay at this hotel next time if I come to Hanoi.
